We had the dream to live in bali & now we share it with you.
We are Heike and Gerd from Hamburg.
Kutuh has become our second home. If we are not here we are happy to share the Peace Villa with You! We rent at a monthly base between 1 - 6 months. Just contact us and let´s talk about your Bali plans.

Pets are allowed but you are responsible for all damages caused by the pets.
Our monthly rental rates include essential services to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the Peace Villa.
Included services cover basic maintenance, pool and garden care. Water supply, included as well. Water, internet access, and garbage collection are included for rentals of up to 6 weeks. For longer rentals, this item is negotiable.
Since electricity consumption is a very individual matter, electricity is paid for by the tenant himself.
The same applies to house cleaning, which can be ordered at any frequency, depending on your wishes.
